The LoRa Raspberry Pi Gateway is a professional grade gateway with the hacker in mind. Rob’s NOTES:
DO NOT power it up without the antenna connected. You will have to go to our technical support forum, and you will get yelled at for not following instructions.
RAK Wireless documents refer to resin.io. It is now balena-cloud.com. Most of the commands still work using resin (ie, cd ttn-resin-gateway-rpi ), however, the push request does not. That needs to be changed to git push balena .
The LoRa antenna goes on the left as you’re looking at it. RAK Hookup Guide says never power up without the antenna connected as shown in the picture, but they don’t show you the side where the antenna is actually connected.
Everything on pages 20-21 takes a long time. Be patient.
